Welcome to cami. We believe that your digital privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). Our philosophy is simple: what happens on your device, stays on your device.

2. Apple App Privacy Details & Data Collection

In accordance with Apple’s App Privacy Details guidelines, we explicitly declare the following regarding data collection and usage:

• No Data Collected: We do not collect, harvest, store, or transmit any personal data, identifiers, or usage data to our servers or any third-party servers.
• No Data Linked to You: Because we do not collect any data, there is no data linked to your identity, device, or Apple ID.
• No Tracking: We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework because there is zero tracking occurring within cami.

3. Device Permissions (User Content)

cami requires certain native device permissions to function. All data accessed via these permissions is processed strictly locally on your device:

• Camera Access: cami requires access to your device's camera strictly to provide the real-time overlay interface and to capture media. We do not record, transmit, or analyze your camera feed off-device.
• Photo Library Access: cami requires access to your Photo Library to save the media you capture or to load images for the overlay feature. All reading and writing of photos happens entirely on your local hardware. Your User Content (photos and videos) is never uploaded, copied, or shared externally by us.

4. Third-Party Services

cami is built exclusively using Apple's native frameworks (such as SwiftUI). We do not embed any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking SDKs, or crash-reporting tools.

5. Children's Privacy

Because we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, cami is completely safe for use by children under the age of 13 and fully complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if our practices change. If we introduce features that require data collection in the future, we will update this policy and prompt you for consent within the App prior to implementation.
